Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Florale (“Florale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit nyflorale.com, submit an inquiry, or otherwise contact us. It applies to our New York website and not to a later client contract, which may include additional terms.
1. Information you provide
When you submit our inquiry form, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and telephone number.
- Event details such as date, type, venue, estimated investment, and the information you include in your message.
- Other information you choose to provide during our subsequent communications.
Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the message field.
2. Information collected automatically
When you use the site, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, including your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish browsers and sessions. We do not send the name, email address, or telephone number entered in the inquiry form to Google Analytics.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to inquiries and check date or service availability.
- Schedule consultations and prepare proposals.
- Provide and administer services you choose to contract.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site.
- Understand site traffic and the effectiveness of our content.
- Comply with law and protect our rights and users.
4. How we disclose information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that process it for us, including Vercel for website hosting, Neon for database hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Google for analytics and tag management. We may also disclose information:
- To event professionals or contractors when reasonably necessary to prepare or perform services, with appropriate direction from you.
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
- To protect the security, rights, or property of Florale, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies and analytics choices
Most browsers let you delete or block cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some site features work. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or other browser privacy controls. We do not currently use the site for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain inquiry and client information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information and our relationship with you. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, or to stop non-transactional communications. Email hello@nyflorale.com with enough information for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
9. Children
The site is intended for adults planning events and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
10. Processing in the United States
Florale and its service providers process information in the United States and potentially other locations where those providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
